The Fellowship team wants to celebrate Thanksgiving dinner this year by offering it at our church for any of our church family who may not be able to be with loved ones. We plan to gather at noon in the Fellowship Hall. A family has offered to provide fried turkey, and we are asking that each household bring a dish to share.
Suggested items are: Dressing, mashed potatoes, sweet potato casseroles, vegetables, salads, rolls, cornbread, deviled eggs, pies, cakes, other desserts, other traditional Thanksgiving foods that you enjoy.
Please contact Cathy Steve by email here, or call (904) 312-1539 if you are interested in participating, advising what you plan to bring so there will be a good variety of foods.

OneBlood
In worship this Sunday we will be praying for OneBlood. The OneBlood Red Bus visits our parking lot four times a year to give members a convenient way to donate blood and show our stewardship to the Jacksonville Community. The process takes about 30 minutes and not only rewards the donors with the satisfaction of helping our neighbors but includes a OneBlood item, like a T-shirt, towel, or gift card to a local shop or diner. This Sunday, Nov 17, is the last blood drive for 2024 and four are scheduled for 2025. To donate please contact Tim Keeley here
