The Fellowship team wants to celebrate Thanksgiving dinner this year by offering it at our church for any of our church family who may not be able to be with loved ones. We plan to gather at noon in the Fellowship Hall. A family has offered to provide fried turkey, and we are asking that each household bring a dish to share. Suggested items are:
Dressing, mashed potatoes, sweet potato casseroles, vegetables, salads, rolls, cornbread, deviled eggs, pies, cakes, other desserts, other traditional Thanksgiving foods that you enjoy.
Please contact Cathy Steve by email here, or call (904) 312-1539 if you are interested in participating, advising what you plan to bring so there will be a good variety of foods.

SOAP (South Atlantic and Puerto Rico Region of APCE) is offering a webinar where Brittany Porch, CCE, will explore these questions with us.
This is a great opportunity for all our ministry volunteers to gain new insights that can help us grow our educational ministries here at Hodges.
This two-part event begins with Part 1 on Saturday, November 9, from 9 AM to 12 PM in the Fellowship Hall, followed by Part 2 on Monday, November 18, from 7 PM to 8 PM. The second session will include a discussion with Brittany via Zoom in the Sonrise Room.
JoAnne needs to know in advance who will be attending, so please email at her by November 1 if you plan to attend. Light refreshments will be provided on Saturday morning.
By attending, you are supporting SOAP, of which our own Debbie Abbott is the current president. If you have questions please ask JoAnne.
